How to purchase MindMuze Jewelry

Monthly Collections: Every month MINDMUZE releases a collection of new pieces. This collection becomes available for purchase every Full Moon which is announced via Instagram (Pre-orders and reserves are not accepted)

Custom Orders: I only make jewelry with silver.

Deposits are required before moving forward with custom pieces.

Custom pieces can take over a month long because of finding the stones and getting them shipped to me.

There are no refunds on deposits or custom jewelry pieces.

If purchased the Deposit Product in the shop it can be used towards already made jewelry pieces. Please email me before the deposit purchase and we can discuss the allotted time frame to pay off the remainder balance of the jewelry piece. I will put the piece on hold for 24 hours so that you may purchase the deposit product. If you have not purchased the deposit product within 24 hours, then the product will be put back up for sale in the shop.

Upon receiving the deposit the piece is yours, but will not ship until the price is paid in full.

If piece is not paid for in full in the discussed time frame and we haven’t talked further on a different date due to any reason. The item will be released back in to shop for available purchase from anyone. However any money you put down for the jewelry can be used for another purchase at any time. Again no refunds will be issued.

Payment

Credit and Debit cards: All major debit and credit cards are accepted. During check out be sure to enter correct billing information.
PayPal: PayPal payments are accepted. If you pay using an e-check your order will not ship until the payment has cleared. E-checks can take up to 7 business days to clear.

Billing: Charges will appear on your billing statement as ‘MindMuze’
Payment Plans: I’m partnered with VIABILL which allows you to split an order into 4 payments over 4 months. This is only for the amount up to $300.00.

Processing, canceling & modifying orders

Processing times: All orders (except customs) will be processed and shipped within 5-7 working business days. MINDMUZE works very hard to get your order out within that time. After your order has shipped it will be delivered via USPS within the delivery times noted under ‘Shipping’ below.
Canceling: MINDMUZE has a strict all sales are final policy.
Modifying: Modifications cannot be made to any orders unless the shipping information or email you have provided is incorrect. Please fill out a contact form with your order number and preferred shipping address within 24 hours of purchase.

Lost, misdelivered, stolen or damaged package after shipment

Please note, once a package is in USPS custody it is their responsibility to deliver your package safely. MindMuze has zero control over how a package is delivered by USPS. Below are in-depth steps you can take should any issues arise. I ship free within the United States, but this does not include insurance. If you are wanting insurance for you package I would advise you to purchase it for only a few extra dollars. Contact me via form on website to do this.

Misdelivered package: Your tracking number states delivered but you’ve searched high and low with no luck of finding your package. Do not fear. This is the most common USPS delivery issue and is usually always fixed within a few days. Here’s what you need to do as soon as you can. Contact your local post office FIRST!. Your local post office can see exactly where your postman/woman last scanned your package to see if it was actually misdelivered to another house. If your package was indeed misdelivered to the wrong house, hopefully, your neighbor will bring it to you. If they don’t within 7 business days your local post office can contact them and work to retrieve the package back for a proper re-delivery.

Missing or Lost package: Should a misdelivery turn into a missing package, or your package has not been delivered after 3-5 business days of its original delivery date a missing package report needs to filed on USPS.com. MindMuze will not file a missing package report as USPS will need to be in contact with you should the package be located and need to be delivered. If the package is still missing 7 business days after the missing package claim  will file an insurance claim with USPS. This is only if you purchased insurance with shipping.

Damaged package: Sadly, it can happen. MindMuze puts extra care into every package for this exact reason. If this should happen to your order the most important thing you can do is take pictures immediately. Take pictures of the packaging and the damaged item. MindMuze is not responsible for a refund but will help you file an insurance claim with USPS as they are the ones responsible for the damage that happened. However, it is imperative that you contact MindMuze immediately to get the claim filed.

Stolen package: This is the least common issue MindMuze has encountered but it can happen, especially around the holidays. Please note MindMuze and USPS will not issue a refund for this. Since USPS delivered your package properly it is not their responsibility should it be stolen off of your property. If you are worried about this happening to you or it has happened in the past please contact MindMuze immediately after placing an order and ask for signed confirmation delivery. This will cost a few extra dollars but will ensure a safer delivery! Again, MindMuze and USPS will not issue a refund should your package be stolen off of your property after a proper delivery.

If a package is returned to MindMuze due to an incorrect address/undeliverable address and you would like MindMuze to resend it you will be required to pay for return shipping.


International: If your package has not been delivered within 6-10 business days please check your tracking number to see if it is being held at your local post office or customs. If your package is being held at customs you may be required to pay additional taxes due to the package entering your country. This is out of MindMuze control as this is a regulation of your country, therefore a refund will not be issued for this amount. MindMuze will not ship your order as a “gift” as this is considered mail fraud. If your package is returned to MindMuze due to an incorrect address, un-paid customs taxes, etc. You will be required to pay return shipping if you choose to receive the piece back. ‘Return to the sender’ from international countries can take anywhere from 6-10 weeks. Your package is fully insured by USPS. If your item is lost, damaged or misdelivered due to a mistake on USPS’s behalf MindMuze will not issue a refund. USPS is responsible to issue you a refund. You must file a missing/damaged package claim through USPS.com as soon as possible. 

Returns and Exchanges

Damaged jewelry and discoloring of stones or patina

All Mindmuze jewelry is built by hand with love and should be treated as such. Pieces are fragile and require delicate care. If a piece is dropped and damaged, submerged in water or damaged at fault of the owner a repair or replacement will not be made without charge.

Repairs and resizing

Repairs and resizing are not available on non-MindMuze jewelry. Resizing is not available. Pieces are made to size for customs. Rings are already set and made a certain size for collections that come out. If you are wantng a custom sized ring made please fill out a contact form. If you inquire about a repair please note there will be a cost depending on the amount of damage done. All shipping is buyer’s responsibility.
